Pelton Mews
Singh Studio developed an existing planning consent through the detailed design stages for the restoration and re-use of a Victorian church building, alongside the delivery of two new mews houses. The proposals transform the historic structure into a series of maisonettes while introducing carefully considered new residential development within the site.
The site is located on Pelton Road within the London Borough of Greenwich, in the East Greenwich Conservation Area. The design approach responds sensitively to the historic context, retaining and celebrating the architectural character of the existing church while integrating contemporary interventions.
The ambition for the site is to create a cluster of dwellings that draw on the established character of the surrounding area—delivering modern homes that both acknowledge the site’s heritage and establish a thoughtful vision for its future.
